Our goal has always been to provide the utmost satisfaction to our customers. It is for this reason that we have instituted our exchange and return policy for quick resolution of any issue.

Our Return Policy

Garments eligible for exchange or return must be unwashed and unworn with all tickets and hang tags still attached. Items sent back must be accompanied by the original invoice and arrive at our premises no later than 30 days from the original ship date. For hygienic reasons, underwear and swimwear are considered final sale.
We only accept exchanges and returns on merchandise purchased online at www.kricketsworld.com and all returns and exchanges must be done by mail or courier.

Exchanges & Returns

Returns must include the original invoice and reason for the return. Exchanges must include the original invoice and specify which item you would like to receive. Please be advised, for exchanges there will be a shipping fee charged for the new item. Customers are responsible for the return postage.

Exchanges & Returns without the invoice
If you do not have a copy of your original invoice please include your name, address, telephone number, and the approximate date of purchase with your return. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
In the case of shipping error on our part we will reimburse you the cost of shipping.

Exceptions to our Return Policy

If the garment you receive is damaged please contact our customer service department by phone or by email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). After you have been issued a RA number send us the item by mail. You will be reimbursed the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we have received the damaged item we will send you a new garment at no additional cost.
