Free Shipping Promotion

Kricketsworld.com offers free shipping to all provinces within Canada on orders over $100.00. This offer does not apply to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon Territory (see below for shipping rate). Orders are sent standard shipping within 7 business days (please allow 1-2 days for processing). No discount code is required, free shipping is applied automatically to qualifying purchases at checkout. This promotion and associated terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Kricketsworld.com.

Shipping within Canada

All orders shipping within Canada are shipped via UPS from our head office in Montreal, Quebec. Orders to a P.O. Box may be shipped through Canada Post.
Orders shipping to a PO Box address require further information. If this applies to your situation please contact customerservice@kricketsworld.com before placing your order. If you do not contact us prior to making you purchase, you may be contacted by our customer service department by phone.

The shipping charge is based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please refer to the chart below for shipping rates and transit times:

* There is a fixed rate of $75.00 for shipping an order to: Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon Territory.
* There is a fixed rate of $20.00 for shipping orders under 100$ to: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Presently we do not ship outside of these states. If you live outside of these states and wish to place an order please contact our customer service department.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
Orders placed, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays
will be processed the following business day. Standard delivery takes up to 7 business days after processing.

 

Express Shipping

Express orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
Orders placed, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays
will be processed the following business day. Express delivery takes 1-4 business days after processing.

 

Order Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a UPS tracking number.
This will allow you to track your order online.
